Class expectations & behavior protocol
What I expect of you:
I expect you to read, write and think critically every class.
I expect you to extend to me and to each other basic respect and courtesy.
When I am talking, I expect you to listen. Same goes for when your peers have the floor.
What you may expect of me:
I'm committing myself fully to help you succeed in this class and beyond.
I will make myself available to you, in a flexible fashion, to achieve our goals.
I will treat you with the respect you deserve, listen to you closely when you speak, and take your education very seriously.
I will make myself available to help you in all of your academic and professional pursuits - I'm here for help with job applications, letters of recommendation, college and scholarship essays, etc.
