definition: read between the lines

The answer is not obvious when you have to infer.  You have to kind of guess at, or figure out, what is going on.  

Practice:  Mr. Bank's face was turning red, and his eyes were flashing, when the students talked while he was talking.   He looked like he was about to start shouting. 

- Infer what Mr. Bank was thinking in the above passage.
